The device of light control 12-channel is intended to regulate the electric power load of 12 independent channels. It can be used to regulate the brightness of LED dimmable and / or incandescent lamps at a supply voltage of 220 V AC or 12 V DC.
The device is implemented on the modern high-power microcontroller (MC) with a core ARM Cortex M3. Load power control is performed by opening and closing at the right moments output keys (VC). MC for each channel in accordance with a given power setting determines the time intervals during which the output switches must be open and generates the appropriate signals to the control unit in the output switch (UUVK). UUVK designed to convert the signal into a signal MC required to open the VC, as well as to block the opening of the key in the case of exceeding the permissible output current for a given channel. Exceeding the permissible current UUVK closes off the key and sends the CPU generalized across all channels signal exceeding the allowable power.
When connected load rated at 12 or 24 V DC load power control is performed by the PWM modulation of the output signal with a frequency of 100 Hz. When connected load rated at 220 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz on the load applied rectified voltage, and the power control of load is carried out by closing the VC at 0 phase voltage and open it with the required delay (dimming on the rising edge) or by opening a VC at 0 phase supply voltage and its closure with the required delay (dimming trailing edge). This method allows you to control dimming the brightness of incandescent lamps as well as LED lamps, designed to work with thyristor dimmer. Connecting to the LED lamps are not designed to work with dimmer not allowed and can lead to lamp failure.
To connect the ultrasonic distance sensor device comprises a sensor power supply (5V) and two analog input channels 0..5 V.
Device management is carried out through a communication channel Ethernet (Modbus TCP) or RS485 (Modbus RTU).
