System Programmer’s Guide

ANNOTATION
This document provides the information that is necessary to install, configure, and verify software by the system administrator (HMI Software).

1. APPLICATION SETTINGS
1.1. Preparing the HMI to work

Before starting work with HMI you must install all the software needed for the system to work correctly:
• The executive Citect Facilities 7.0 company Citect;
• OFSServer company Schneider Electric Version 3.32;
• Microsoft SQL Server Express;
• The application database.

1.1.1. Installing the executive system Citect

After installing Windows, insert the CD-ROM drive CD Citect Facilities 7.0 supplied. If Windows is configured to start automatically the contents of CDs, should begin the installation process. Otherwise, you must manually run the setup.exe from the root directory of the CD. Setup screen appears Citect Facilities (Picture 1).

Pressing NEXT, go to the next window – the window of the license agreement. We agree with the license agreement.

Pressing NEXT, go to the next window – the window component Citect, which must be installed on your computer. The necessary components are selected by default.

A window will appear to choose their installation Citect Facilities and location of the Data directory and User. Change the location of the Data directory and User. A window will appear ready for installation Citect Facilities. Click Install, to start the installation.

Follow the installation Citect Facilities, change the configuration file citect.ini, located in the folder C: \ Windows \, ​​the file in the folder D: \ CitectProj \. It is necessary to check that the values ​​BIN, USER, DATA and RUN in the section [CTEDIT] file citect.ini, representing the path to the directory of the same name, coincided with the actual location of the paths of these folders on the computer.
Next, you must download the system Citect project «troarm_kiss3.ctz» (APM on furnace control – the computer name KISS3) or «troarm_kiss2.ctz» (on ARM Control Unit cementing – computer name KISS2). To do this, you must run the Citect Explorer, click the right mouse button on the drop-down list MyProjects or any other project from the project list Project List and choose from a list of commands, click «Restore …».

Select the file from which the project will be restored – In: \ Citect Proj \ troarm_kiss 3.ctz (troarm_kiss2.ctz), clicking Browse …, located in the Restore From (recovery of).
In the field «To» (B), select «New project», the field Name (Name of the project), and Location (Path to the project) will be filled in automatically Citect system.

1.2. OFS Server installation
When installing you must accept the license agreement and the proposed default installation path components of the server, and when prompted to enter the serial number of the supplied CD – key. After completion of the installation, start the program: Start \ Programs \ OFS Configuration Tool. A window will appear (Picture 8).
Download the program configuration file ofs_kiss3.xml (ofs_kiss2.xml). To do this, select the File tab in the menu it Open archive and open the file D: \ CitectProj \ ofs_kiss3.xml.

Opening the configuration file, choose File / Save Configuration
(Picture 9).
Install and register OFS Server computers and KISS2 KISS3.
Open on both computers ofs_kiss3.xml configuration file and save the configuration.

1.3. Installing Microsoft MS SQL Server Express
To install SQL Server, copy the file from the disk SQLEXPR_ADV_RUS.exe supplies to computer and run it. Accept the license agreement.

Click “Next” until the dialog box “Select Components”. Select “Client Components”(Picture 11).

Click “Next” until the dialog box “Authentication Mode”. Select “Mixed Mode” in the field “Password” and “Confirm Password” enter «sa1234567» (Picture 12). Accept the default settings by clicking “Next”.
Install SQL Server on both computers – KISS2 and KISS3.

1.3.1. Installation (restore) database
Applied CitectTstDB database is a repository of information about the accident and other events in the system.
Rostovrep table stores information about emergencies and all other events in the system.
Start the Microsoft Management Console MS SQL server by running the command:
Start \ Programs \ Microsoft SQL Server \ Enterprise Manager. A window will appear (Fig. 13). Type in the text field the following values:
Authentication – Authentication SQL Server;
Login name – sa;
Password – sa1234567 and click “Connect”.

Change the location for storing files used by the default database. In the Object Explorer, select the server, click the right mouse button and select “Properties”. A window appears “Server Properties” (Picture 14).

Select “Database Options”, “Storage areas used by the default database.” In the fields “Data” and “Magazine” write «D: \ SQLDB» and click “OK”.
Restore the database from a backup CitectTstDB. To do this, in Object Explorer, select “Database”, click the right mouse button and select “Restore Database …”. A window appears “Restore Database” (Picture 15).

Select the “source and location of the backup sets …” – “With the device”. Press the “…” next to switch “On device” for the appearance of the window “Specify Backup” (Picture 15). Click “Add”. A window will appear ‘local backup file. “Select the file «D: \ citectproj \ citecttstdb_kiss3.bak» (Picture16) and press «ОК».

Select a destination to restore – the database «Citect TEstDB». Tick the selected backup set (Picture 17). Click “OK”. After restoring the database, you get the message “The database was successfully restored.”
Restore the database on both computers CitectTstDB – KISS2 and KISS3.

1.3.2. Setting up and running an application Citect

Run «Citect Explorer» computers and KISS2 KISS3. From the list of Project list, select the project troarm_kiss2.ctz KISS2 on the computer and on the computer troarm_kiss3.ctz KISS3. Compile the project on both computers by pressing Alt + F10 or selecting File / Compile window «Citect Project Editor». Call the box project settings using the menu options Tools / Computer Setup Wizard. On the following screen appears (Picture 18):18Picture 18. Conversation 1 project settings

Use the “Next” button in the window that appears (Figure 19) should be selected project troarm_kiss3 (computer KISS3) and troarm_kiss2 (computer KISS2).

To start SCADA – applications must use the menu item File / Run button or «F5» program Citect Explorer (Picture 32).

1.3.3. Настройка региональных стандартов
Проверьте настройки региональных стандартов на компьютерах KISS2 и KISS3. Нажмите Пуск / Настройки / Панель управления / Язык и региональные стандарты. Появится окно рис. 33. Откройте вкладку «Региональные параметры» и нажмите кнопку «Настройка». В появившемся окне «Настройка региональных параметров» откройте вкладку «Дата» и сверьте настройки на компьютере с рис. 33.
