Projects, which I took part:

  1. Grain drying complex with system of thermometry.
    1. Implementing PLC program for Siemens ET200S
    2. Design and assembly electrical cabinets.
    3. Design user interface of SCADA system based on WinCC Flexible for PC.
    4. Commissioning alone for 2 weeks in team of two people.
  2. Water Intake: First Stage – 12 wells with submersible pumps and sensors; Second Stage – 5 wells to users, bactericidal machine
    1. Implementing STL program for Siemens S7-1200( changing between PLCs) (migration from S7-200 project)
    2. Design user interface of SCADA system based on WinCC v6.0(pump control system)
    3. Commissioning alone for 3 weeks.
  3. Pump Station of water recycling – 6 high voltage power supply pumps(main stream is commissioning)
    1. Commissioning: a team of two people, adjustment PLC program for Siemens ET200S and S7-400 – for 4 weeks;
    2. Adjustment of sensors pressuremeter Metran, level measuring Endress+Hauser – for 2 weeks;

  4. Control system of steam supply for paper making machine

Summary: Main stream is implementing PLC programs and design user interfaces of SCADA systems based on products of Siemens, then commissioning and adjustment.

When I’m not involved in the project, I make electrical cabinets on the site assembly.
