Dispatching of engineering systems
The remote hotel management system (dispatching system) is an analogue of the SCADA system
The OWEN company's OwenCloud service is used for the remote dispatching system (https://gelio .fast-project.ru /) and the web interface we created. The prototype of this development was worked out in advance before entering the existing facility in the form of a stand.
The stand still exists, here is an article describing the functions of this web interface
7 Wurth supply and exhaust systems are connected to the dispatching system.
The heat point consists of the following components:
- underfloor heating control system;
- hoods from bathrooms;
- air conditioning system;
- the control system of the thermal point consisting of three circuits (heating, ventilation, hot water);
- pump control system;
- boiler control system;
- kitchen hood.
An individual thermal point provides weather-dependent control and temperature stabilization in the control circuits, which allows you to maintain the set parameters in accordance with the temperature schedule.
Hot water supply schedule. The graph shows periods of active consumption of hot water by visitors.

What the Customer gets as a result, the advantages:
1. The possibility of remote control of parameters (indoor temperature, return water temperature, switching on/off pumps and auxiliary equipment) from anywhere in the world.
2. The possibility of prompt notification in case of emergency situations (for example, an alert about an emergency shutdown of the air conditioning system arrives by e-mail).
3. Clear equipment control schemes.
4. Working documentation (basic electrical diagrams, operator's manual).
Of the disadvantages of this approach:
1. Linking the system to an external cloud server
2. Dependence of the dispatching system on the Internet
The disadvantages are offset by the presence of control panels located in automation cabinets. This allows you to control the system regardless of any external conditions.
