2 Purpose of work

The purpose of commissioning is to achieve the design parameters of the equipment, prepare for acceptance tests, as well as its reliable and stable operation.

   2.1. The remarks revealed in the process of setting up, programming and organizing the interaction of the equipment of the central devices and the periphery are eliminated by the design, construction and installation organization or the customer, depending on their nature.

   2.2. Equipment defects identified in the process of individual testing and adjustment must be eliminated by the Customer (or the manufacturer) before the object is accepted for operation.

   2.3. Adjustment work is documented by the protocols of measurement of technological parameters, checks and acts of complex tests

3 Work procedure

Commissioning works are carried out in the following order:

    3.1. Preparatory work:

Familiarization and analysis of technical documentation, study of installation and connection diagrams of equipment.
External inspection of the general construction readiness of the premises of construction objects.

External inspection of mounted elements of equipment of central devices and periphery.

Checking the marking of communication lines and power lines, according to cable magazines.

Checking for compliance with the project of completeness of equipment and placement at work sites, as well as regulatory, technical and operational documentation.

Carrying out the necessary electrical measurements of cable lines of the complex of technical means. The measurement results are documented in the relevant protocols without fail.

3.2. Setting up the PS section:

3.2.1 Installation of the operating system, installation and adjustment of the software of the "SF-Monitor" system on the server computer of the station.

3.2.2 Network setting of system elements:

3.2.3 Network configuration of the station server computer.

3.2.4 Programming the Modules of addressable analog loops (assigning an address, setting operating modes)

3.3. Automation section:

3.3.1 Checking the operability of power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies consists in connecting according to the schemes of working documentation, powering up, followed by monitoring status indicators, output voltage, operation from the battery when the main input is turned off, as well as restoring work from the main input when voltage is applied.

3.3.2 Primary measuring transducer for temperature, flow or level:

Visual inspection for defects;

Opening the temperature, pressure sensor (housing);

Polarity check;

Short circuit test (if multicore cable).

3.3.3 Temperature alarm

Visual inspection for defects;

Checking the correct installation;

Short circuit test (if multicore cable).

3.3.4 Signaling device for pressure (vacuum), flow

Visual inspection for defects;

Opening the pressure sensor (housing);

Polarity check;

Short circuit test (if multicore cable).

3.3.5 Frequency converter with direct connection, voltage up to 1 kV, current up to 200 A

Study of documentation, visual inspection of the device for external damage.

Check connections for short circuit breakage of control and power lines.

Supplying power and setting the parameters of the frequency converter. Setting parameters: minimum frequency, maximum frequency, motor running current, motor rated current, no-load current, slip current, constant braking current, motor stop type, supply voltage, flying start permission, output relay function, DI 1- terminal function setting 7.

The mechanism of the executive single-turn

Open the constructive cover of the drive, check the correct connection of the electric control circuit. motor and group of limit switches;

Check the free play of the drive in manual control;

Adjust the position of the limit switches, check the operation of the torque clutch switch.

3.4. Dispatch Section

Commissioning of AC equipment is divided into levels:

- Local level - commissioning of local automation equipment (LSA) of engineering and technical devices at the station;

- Remote level - commissioning of telemechanics devices at the station (relay EMC and traffic police rooms);

- Dispatching level - commissioning of telemechanics devices in the building of the Engineering Corps.

Set the communication parameters between the interface equipment on the receiving and transmitting sides using dip-switches, keys.

Check the correct display of indicators: health, power, connection.

Save settings.

Adjustment of telesignaling circuits (TC circuit)

Change the state of the TS signal by acting directly on the controlled device. If it is impossible to change the signal, set the TS signal by closing the terminals for connecting the device to the USO.

Check the change in the value of the TS signal on the LSA telemechanics device.

Adjustment of circuits for calling telemetry - microclimate parameters (CI circuit).

Simulate the value of the microclimate parameter using a universal current signal calibrator (range - 4 ... 20 mA), which are connected to the input terminals of the control panel.

Control the change in the value of the TI parameter on the LSA telemechanics device.

The parameter value must match the simulated parameter value.

Restore the measuring circuit and make sure that the value of the parameter on the LSA telemechanics device corresponds to the real readings of the BKP.

Adjustment of telemetry circuits - flow meter parameters (TI circuit).

Connect to the input terminals of the flow measurement device in the TM control panel and, using special software, simulate a change in the parameter value.

Control the change in the value of the TI parameter on the device

telemechanics LSA.

The parameter value must match the simulated parameter value.

Restore the measuring circuit and make sure that the value of the parameter on the LSA telemechanics device corresponds to the actual readings of the flowmeter.

Adjustment of telecontrol circuits (TC circuit)

Conduct an imitation of the LSA receiving the TR command and check its issuance to the line.

Control the execution of the TU command.

Telemechanics device on the side of the controlled point.

Connect the controller to the laptop using a patch cord.

Installation of the operating system and application software on AC equipment supplied by the equipment manufacturer.

Configuring a RAID array for AU equipment (server part).

Setting up operating system components (PA for distributing applications between PCs, User accounts, Firewall, etc.):

Installing drivers for each component of the telemechanics device.

Installing and activating the common language runtime (CLR) platform, which allows application programs written in different programming languages ​​to work together on the same operating system.

Time synchronization setting.

Installation and configuration of AU platform components.

Set up automatic login.

Setting up logging of the health of telemechanics devices.

Set up data exchange between modules, check the functionality of the configuration software.

Set communication parameters with LSA and control point telemechanics devices in accordance with the relevant data transfer protocols.

Save settings.

Telemechanics device on the side of the control room.

Connect the shield equipment unit to the laptop using a patch cord.

Installation of the operating system and application software on the AU equipment supplied by the equipment manufacturer.

4. Bill of quantities

3.2.12 Test procedure

    Before starting the tests, the system must be brought to its original state of operation.

    During the tests, the correctness of displaying information about events on the means of control and management of communication facilities is checked in accordance with the design documentation and instructions for the equipment.

    The results of the commission tests are documented in the Protocol for commission tests of the clock system on the 3rd and 4th floor.

3.2.14 Safety requirements

14.1. General safety requirements.

Commissioning and adjustment works are allowed for installers-adjusters who have passed: medical examination; introductory briefing on safety and fire safety; safety training in the workplace; trained and certified in safety.

14.2. Safety requirements before starting work.

14.2.1. Commissioning and adjustment work at the construction site can only be started after the implementation of general safety measures and subject to acceptance according to the act of readiness for installation.

14.2.2. At the construction site, general safety measures for work (installation of fences, protective visors and nets, fencing of openings and hatches in ceilings, lighting, fire safety, etc.) are assigned to the general contractor or customer, however, failure to comply with these conditions does not relieve responsibility from the commissioning organization for the admission of its employees to perform work that does not meet the requirements of the current safety regulations.

14.2.3. In places where there is or may arise an industrial hazard emanating from an operating enterprise, the work contractor must have a work permit for the performance of work of increased danger, in accordance with Appendix D of SNiP 1203-2001. The work permit is issued for the period necessary to perform the specified scope of work.

14.2.4. Installers-adjusters are obliged to use the issued overalls, safety shoes and tested means of individual and collective protection, provided for by industry standards and rules of use, protective equipment and devices.

14.2.5. All persons at the construction site, including the premises of the switchgear, control room, are required to wear protective helmets. Workers and engineering and technical workers without protective helmets, other necessary personal protective equipment and overalls are not allowed to perform work.

14.2.6. Dangerous zones must be marked with safety signs and inscriptions of the established form.

14.2.7. Construction sites, work sites, workplaces, driveways and approaches to them in the dark must be evenly lit.

14.2.8. Openings in ceilings where work is carried out or to which people can be admitted must be covered with solid flooring or have strong fences with boards around the entire perimeter.

14.2.9. When moving in workplaces on a construction site, it is necessary to use equipped transitions, walkways and driveways.

14.2.10. Openings in the walls must have railings 1 m high and side boards 15 cm high. If the lower edge of the opening is higher than 0.7 m from the floor or decking, no railings are required.

14.2.11. The organization of workplaces must ensure the safety of work. Workplaces located above the ground or ceiling at a height of 1 m and above must be fenced.

14.3. Safety requirements during work.

14.3.1. Every day, before the start of work, the commissioning manager is obliged to make sure that workplaces are prepared that fully ensure the safety of the commissioning work.

14.3.2. Temporary wiring at the construction site is carried out by general contractors with insulated wire at a height of 2.5 m from the workplace, above the aisles - 3.5 m, under the aisles - 6 m.

14.3.3. Commissioning and adjustment work in existing electrical installations should be carried out after the complete removal of voltage and in the implementation of organizational and technical measures to ensure their safe implementation.

14.3.4. When performing commissioning and adjustment work at facilities and construction sites, strictly observe and comply with the norms, rules and instructions for ensuring fire safety.

14.3.5. It is strictly forbidden for commissioning personnel to take over the temporary operation of electrical installations.

14.3.6. The installer-adjuster must know the scheme of temporary and permanent power supply of the commissioning site and the places where the voltage is turned off.

14.3.7. All employees are required to comply with the internal labor regulations, perform only the work for which they are authorized and instructed, and promptly inform the head of the commissioning staff about comments and shortcomings.


3.2.15 Composition of the working group
